The History of Xi Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Inc.​

 

Xi Phi Epsilon Fraternity, Inc. was born out of a divine mandate to mirror the excellence, morality, and spiritual foundation of Theta Phi Sigma Christian Sorority, Inc., creating a sacred brotherhood for men who are called to lead, serve, and build in the Kingdom of God.

 

The vision for Xi Phi was solidified during Theta’s Founders Day celebration on September 23, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia. It was there that Bro. Martin Scott, Bro. Shaphin Martin, and Bro. JWayne Pringle met in person with Dr. Jessica Wilson-Dorsey to lay the foundational elements of the brotherhood. They purposefully aligned Xi Phi’s mission with the principles and moral standards of Theta Phi Sigma, agreeing to be led by Dr. Jessica Dorsey as the founder, under the Apostolic covering of the Anointed Assembly of Christian Fraternities and Sororities (AACFS).

 

Dr. Dorsey formally organized the structure, documentation, and spiritual governance of the organization. Xi Phi Epsilon was officially incorporated on October 23, 2020, by Dr. Dorsey, who moved forward with establishing the brotherhood’s leadership, identity, and process.

 

She appointed three foundational brothers as the Pantheric ApocalypXe Pillars:

    •    Senior Pillar Bro. Martin Scott – representing Faith and Manifestation

    •    Senior Pillar Bro. JWayne Pringle – representing Justice and Equality

    •    Senior Pillar Bro. Brandon Lumpkin – representing Mentorship: Courage and Brotherly Love

 

Bro. JWayne Pringle created the official crest, Bro. Martin and Bro. Shaphin developed the colors and symbols, and Bro. Brandon provided vital support in building the new member education process. Although Bro. Shaphin Martin did not continue with the organization, his contributions during Xi’s conception were instrumental and honored.

 

On January 29, 2022, Xi Phi crossed its first line, known as the PHortiPHied Xcellence Line. From this inaugural line emerged PHierce Protector Rodney Dorsey, the Ace, who was later appointed as CEO and Organizational Pillar.

 

The Anointed Four Pillars of Xi Phi Epsilon are now:

    •    Brandon Lumpkin – Pillar of Mentorship: Courage and Brotherly Love

    •    Martin Scott – Pillar of Faith and Manifestation

​

    •    JWayne Pringle – Pillar of Justice and Equality

 

Under CEO Rodney Dorsey’s leadership, the fraternity has ascended to new dimensions of spiritual and organizational excellence. He has led initiatives including:

 -Refined New Member Education Process

     

​He has also helped expand Xi Phi into multiple regions and positioned it as a powerhouse of Five-Fold Ministry leaders, worship leaders, musicians, and community trailblazers. After two years of faithful oversight, he is now being elevated to

Overseer-Elect and National President of Xi Phi Epsilon Christian Fraternity, Inc.

 

This is more than a fraternity—it’s a brotherhood of fire, faith, and divine function. Xi Phi Epsilon continues to stand on the solid rock of Christ.
