Purpose:
To mobilize and empower brothers with creative and technical gifts to support the fraternity’s vision through design, media, branding, and promotional resources.
Why “Barak”?
Barak was a warrior who moved when the word of the Lord came through Deborah (Judges 4). This unit is for those who help execute the vision, carry the weight of clarity, and bring structure and strength to what’s spoken.

Purpose:
To cultivate a brotherhood of ministers and minister-in-training who are committed to sound doctrine, spiritual growth, and biblical leadership within Xi Phi Epsilon and beyond.
Vision Statement:
To be a Christ-centered unit of ministers who boldly proclaim, teach, and live the Word of God with integrity, unity, and spiritual authority.
