Biography

Overseer-Elect Rodney L Dorsey Jr., a native of Atlanta, Georgia, is the Chief Executive Officer of Xi Phi Epsilon Christian Fraternity, Inc., a faith-based brotherhood committed to godly leadership, purpose-driven living, and community impact. With over a decade of experience in ministry, mentorship, and organizational development, he leads with a unique blend of spiritual strength and strategic vision.

As CEO, Overseer - Elect Dorsey is responsible for national operations, expansion efforts, and executive leadership. Under his guidance, the fraternity has embraced a renewed mission centered on mentorship, outreach, and spiritual growth—equipping men to lead in their homes, churches, campuses, and communities. Known by his line name, “Fierce Protector,” he embodies the heart of a guardian , guiding and growing the next generation of Kingdom men.

He also serves as Vice President of the Anointed Assembly of Christian Fraternities and Sororities (AACFS), where he is a spiritual voice and strategic leader in advancing faith-based unity and excellence.

A Journey of Faith & Resilience

​

Overseer- elect Rodney Dorsey jr. journey is marked by both early leadership and deep challenges.

Raised in a single-parent household, he bore the responsibility of protector to an all-female family. At just thirteen years old, he became a teenage father a life-altering moment that forced him into manhood without the presence of his own father. Through God’s grace, he learned to balance responsibility, education, and personal growth.

These formative experiences shaped his heart for mentorship and gave rise to his passion for helping young men overcome life’s pressures with faith, wisdom, and purpose.

 

Ministry & Service

​

In addition to his role as CEO, Overseer- Elect Dorsey is a praise and worship leader, outreach minister, and a committed student of theology. He uses his life testimony to inspire transparency, healing, and spiritual transformation. His ministry is lived out daily in mentorship, accountability, and servant leadership not just in words, but through action.

Family & Kingdom Partnership

 

During his journey in Xi Phi, Rodney met his wife and Kingdom partner, Founder Dr. Jessica Wilson-Dorsey, Founder/CEO of Theta Phi Sigma Christian Sorority, Inc. and Founder of AACFS. Their union is a powerful example of faith-based leadership in motion. Together, they lead with a shared commitment to faith, family, and generational legacy.

Overseer-elect Rodney Dorsey  was also elevated to become the fourth foundational pillar of Xi Phi Known as the Operational Pillar , where he continues to shape the fraternity’s infrastructure and vision for the Future.

 

Overseer Dorsey is passionate about building impactful mentorship and discipleship programs to reach young men across the nation. His goal is to foster a healthy brotherhood rooted in faith, accountability, and leadership a space where men can grow into their divine assignment with boldness and integrity.
