For men who have completed their undergraduate degree or are currently in graduate/professional school.

• Must meet character and spiritual maturity standards

• Eligible to hold leadership roles and mentor undergrads

• Completes modified intake process (if not already a member)

For members who have completed their studies and want to remain active in the fraternity.

• Supports events, mentoring, and expansion efforts

• May serve on advisory boards or as regional support

• Encouraged to give financially and spiritually

Granted to distinguished men of faith and integrity who embody the values of Xi Phi Epsilon but did not go through the formal process.

• Must be approved by national leadership

• Often includes pastors, community leaders, or trailblazers

• Invited to speak, serve, or represent the fraternity publicly

Reserved for mentors, ministers, or leaders who assist chapters or tribes.

• Offers spiritual guidance, leadership development, and accountability

• Appointed by HQ or regional leadership

• Must pass a background and leadership review

For sons or grandsons of Xi Phi members who desire to continue the legacy.

• May receive priority access to intake (if qualified)

• Encouraged to walk in the faith and footsteps of Xi Phi values
